如何提交请求

  1. 发送邮件至 15767804422@163.com。
  2. 邮件主题填写：Luxury collection data deletion request。
  3. 说明用于联系公共主页的 Facebook 个人资料名称、相关公共主页，以及大致联系日期，以便我们定位记录。
  4. 不要发送密码、访问令牌、银行卡信息或不必要的身份证件。只有在无法核实请求时，我们才会另行说明所需的最少信息。

处理范围与时间

核实请求后，我们会删除适用的本地消息、平台标识符、客户摘要、AI 结果和相关审计记录。依法必须保留的数据除外。

我们通常会在 30 天内确认并处理有效请求。备份副本会随受控备份生命周期清除。

Meta 平台自行保存的数据受 Meta 的政策和账户工具管理；本页仅适用于 Luxury collection 控制的服务数据。

How to submit a request

  1. Email 15767804422@163.com.
  2. Use the subject: Luxury collection data deletion request.
  3. Provide the Facebook profile name used to contact the Page, the relevant Page, and the approximate contact date so we can locate the record.
  4. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents. If verification is not possible, we will explain the minimum additional information needed.

Scope and timing

After verification, we delete applicable local messages, platform identifiers, customer summaries, AI results, and related audit records unless retention is legally required.

We normally acknowledge and process a valid request within 30 days. Backup copies expire through the controlled backup lifecycle.

Data retained by Meta is governed by Meta’s own policies and account tools. These instructions apply only to service data controlled by Luxury collection.
